PETROLINE RAFINARE is a newly incorporated company with a 100% Romanian capital, as a joint collaboration between two partners, with long experience in the Oil Industry.
The company operates a refinery in Arad county, developed at the highest and latest standards and available technologies.
With our highly efficient oil refinery, we are able to produce a wide range of petroleum products.
Starting this year, the refinery is being furthermore developed by building a Diesel Hydrodesulfurization and Oil Hydrotreating plant, alongside with a Hydrogen Production unit in order to extend our range of products.

Our plans for the near future include the following:
- Logistics: building a highly efficient distribution network
- Bitumen production: manufacturing high performance bitumen for various applications
- Vacuum distillation plant: extending our anual proccessing capacity
